Nutrition: Personalized nutrition plans based on your needs, preferences, and goals. Develop sustainable eating habits including mindful eating and portion control. Guidance on tracking macronutrients to support your fitness goals. Support with grocery shopping, meal recipes & preparation. Specialized diets: sports nutrition, weight management, vegan, gluten-free, or keto. Guidance on appropriate supplementation based on your needs.
